Meet George – The Invisible Force Behind Reliable Infrastructure

Portrait of George – DevOps and Infrastructure Expert

You won’t see George on the interface side of a project. He doesn’t design architecture diagrams or lead product demos. But he’s the reason every system we ship can be deployed, monitored, and trusted to stay up — even at 3AM.

George has been programming since 1988 and working in DevOps since before the term became mainstream. He’s guided teams through infrastructure evolution — from manual deployments to containerization, from shell scripts to GitHub Actions, from log files to real-time observability stacks.

His work powers our most sensitive and high-load systems. In EventStripe, George set up the infrastructure that supports tens of thousands of concurrent sessions: containerized services, Kubernetes clusters, automated Jenkins pipelines, and ELK dashboards that let teams see exactly what’s happening in real time.

In enterprise environments like VTB Bank, Sber, and Societe Generale, George defined secure and reproducible deployment flows — ensuring compliance-ready environments with locked-down Docker images, segmented networks, and fully traceable CI/CD pipelines.

George doesn’t ‘save’ systems — he makes sure they don’t need saving. He builds guardrails, automates the boring but critical, and catches errors before they ever hit production. His work is quiet, but it’s everywhere — in every successful rollout, every green build, every resolved alert before it became a crisis.

His stack includes Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ELK, Grafana, HSTS, Cloudflare, and more. But more than tools, he brings operational resilience and decades of system-level thinking to every project.

At H-Studio, George is our infrastructure backbone. The team may move fast — but thanks to him, we do it on solid ground.
